Enviro-Net is a not for profit academic project developed by the
University of Alberta’s Departments of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences,
Computing Science, and Electrical and Computer Engineering to explore data
analysis and visualization of environmental monitoring data. The
Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), and the Inter-American Institute for
Global Change Research (IAI) provided funding for the development and
implementation of Enviro-Net.
We acknowledge that the term 'Enviro-Net' and its variants are used
elsewhere by multiple entities worldwide, however, there is no relation
whatsoever between this project and any of those entities.
